How to determine your subscription refund

Update your account information
You can update your account information online in My Account. Click "Update user information" and enter your updated information in the form. Click "Save Changes" to complete the update.

Change your username and/or password
You can change your username and/or password online in My Account. Click "Change username/password" and enter your username, password and verify password. Click "Save Changes" to complete the update.

Update your payment information
You can update your payment information online in My Account. Click "Update billing information" and enter your credit card number and its expiration date. Click "Save Changes" to complete the update.

Forgot your username and password
With your registered email address you can retrieve your username and password here. Your username and password will be sent to your email address.
If you are not able to retrieve your username and password through this method, please contact us providing your registered email address and your billing address in your message.

Cancel your subscription
Digital subscriptions are canceled online in My Account. Click "Cancel subscription" and follow the directions on the site to complete the cancellation. Cancellations are effective immediately.

How to determine your subscription refund
Digital subscription refunds are pro-rated monthly. Partial months are not refunded. Your subscription will be immediately terminated at the time of cancellation.
