Update Regarding Subscription and Pay Per Issue Accounts
In order to provide a better experience for our customers who maintain subscriptions to both SciamDigital.com and the print edition of Scientific American, we have consolidated all of our subscriber services at our facility in Des Moines, IA. This means that SciamDigital.com subscribers who require assistance with their accounts will now have the option of reaching customer service though our toll-free number, in addition to e-mail and on-line customer service For existing SciamDigital.com subscribers, this change should be a transparent. Prior to your subscription’s expiration, you will continue to receive a reminder notice from SciamDigital.com that your subscription is up for renewal. Unless you notify us otherwise, your subscription will continue uninterrupted, and you will receive the next 12 monthly issues of Scientific American and enjoy access to over 200 archival issues. Pay-Per-Issue Accounts will continue to be maintained and serviced through SciamDigital.com. This change will affect subscribers who have never purchased issues on a Pay-Per-Issue basis. This means that in the event that a SciamDigital.com subscriber chooses to purchases one or more issues that are not included in the base subscription—Scientific American Mind, for example, he/she must create a separate Pay-Per-Issue Account. Creating a Pay-Per-Issue Account will only take minutes, and all of your account details can be saved for any subsequent purchases that you may choose to make. Thank you for your continued patronage of Scientific American products. |
